What the app is

Tamrur is practice for the Israeli driving theory test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Ministry of Transport or any government body, and it does not conduct the test or issue licences.

Where the questions come from

The questions and pictures are the Ministry of Transport's official question bank, published on data.gov.il under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. The published bank carries the date 11 September 2011. We have not changed the wording of any question or answer. The same screen inside the app states all of this.

The test format used in the app — 30 questions, 26 correct to pass, 40 minutes — is published by driving schools and learning sites, not by the Ministry. If the Ministry publishes different numbers, theirs are the ones that count.

What the app does not promise

Practising here does not guarantee that you will pass. We do not promise the bank matches the exam you will sit on the day, and no refund is offered on the basis of a test result.

Payment

• One full mock test with its score and complete review, 25 practice questions a day and the road signs are free, with no advertising.
• The one-time "until you pass" purchase is a single payment. It does not renew.
• The monthly and weekly plans renew automatically until you cancel them, which you can do at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings. There is a link to that screen inside the app.
• Payments are taken by Apple or Google. Refunds follow their policies, not ours.

Your use of the app

Use it to study. Do not resell the app, and do not use it to impersonate an official service.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
